Squat Lunge Madness 2x in One Week!

That might have been madness to do that workout 2x this week, but it's such an good leg workout, and I wasn't sure my arms could take anything. I really felt dizzy and nauseous at a bunch of points:( this fatigue I've been dealing with for over a week has been a drag, but I've been encouraged that I've been able to push through with my workouts! Some days, I've rested or opted for more sleep but on the whole, consistency has won.
