Delt Domination

Well, I'm back. Still not well. I took a turn for the worse last week. I don't feel as terrible as last Monday and maybe the extra rest helped. But I felt I needed to get back to working out. My resolve to exercise was slipping...which scares me.

So, I did delt domination today. I'll kick it up a notch with lower-body tomorrow. I wanted a tough workout today (which I got!) but one that wouldn't leave me out of breath. I'm glad I woke up at 5:30 to do it. Praying I can do it again tomorrow:)
