It felt good to push on this one. I'm still dragging, but it felt like normal to do delts on Tuesday morning before getting ready for CC. I go to the dr tomorrow night. Hopefully, I can get my energy back. But we got delts done today with 15 pounders the whole time. This workout feels so long but it's so short and just intense. I have a love/hate relationship with it;) lol.
