Delts

This is a makeup post for Tuesday....totally forgot to blog before getting out the door for co-op:( but I did fit in some delt domination that morning!!

Thursday is for Squats and Lunges

Whew. This workout is a killer. I have a love-hate relationship with it:) I wish I had a different one to cycle in and out. Really, I wish I could build my own workouts and follow them without only giving half an effort. There's lots of written workouts out there but I can't seem to wrap my head around how I would follow along during the workout. We'll see. Maybe at some point I'll be able to shake things up.

Monday is for Pilates

Did Pilates today...which is a good workout and so much more my level today with pms. Cramps and heavy bleeding make Pilates the best choice today. And getting up at 5:30 and doing Pilates is better than sleeping....which is so what I wanted to do!

Squat Lunge Madness

I want to work out 3 days in a row....decided to get the hardest one done first. We'll see if that was smart or stupid:) I'd like one of those workouts to be a long walk. We'll see if we can make it happen:) def still struggle with being out of breath and not feelin strong but we keep going. Adjusted one exercise on this that I hate and allowed some extra time for my heart rate to come back down at some points.

5x4 full body

Whew. I did NOT want to work out. I wanted to quit so many times. My body is not responding to working out like it used to. I'm so out of breath. Not sure if I'll get to the bottom of this at my dr apt on Wednesday. The good news is that Jesus is still Lord AND I finished the workout as strong as I could. Trying not to be frustrated or give up.
