Squats!!! Lunges!!!

Why did I do upper body yesterday? Gosh. That was dumb. So exhausted today. My breathing was labored. My body didn't want to do this. But we did it. 20 lb weights in my hands or on my shoulders, squats and lunges. Boom. One day at a time. Keep going.
