Squat Lunge Wednesday

Whew. I just kept telling myself that "something is better than nothing." That got me out of bed and it kept me from giving up. I think I'm tired or something. Made it through the workout but my body has been fighting something for 2 weeks. I'm glad I've been able to keep working out, but it has been a struggle! I think I'll just do Pilates tomorrow. 

I've been adding in a recovery protein drink after my workouts. I've been hoping that gives me energy. I think the 18+grams of protein has helped me. I probably need to be sleeping more too:/
