Seems like I'm drawn to this workout on Tuesdays. I find the 15 minute aspect to be appealing....of course, I don't know why I do bc it is so arm/shoulder intense. But my shoulders and arms get so exhausted with this workout - just at 15lb weights too, so the shortness of this workout is highly appealing to me....it's like I can push myself to do it.
Lately, I just keep telling myself that something is better than nothing...just get something done...and then I usually wind up with putting in more effort.
