Pilates Again - 12/3/15

It's a Pilates day...kinda love my lower body dvd, so I'm doing it for the 2x this week. Something is better than nothing:)

5x4 full body Monday!

I did a full body workout today...I don't remember the last time I did that! I felt so weak....like weaker than I did when I first started this workout journey in August. But I did it. It's done. I'd love to feel stronger, but maybe the strength comes from just doing it every day and not letting the feelings dictate.

Pilates Day

Well, I finally pushed myself again to workout at 530....but I couldn't think of any other workout that I could handle except Pilates. My legs felt dead, but I did it. We are one workout done in December. I had wanted to work on nutrition more while I'm struggling, but yesterday, I ate a bajillion cookies:/ today is a new day and can be filled with health.....

Delts

This is a makeup post for Tuesday....totally forgot to blog before getting out the door for co-op:( but I did fit in some delt domination that morning!!

Thursday is for Squats and Lunges

Whew. This workout is a killer. I have a love-hate relationship with it:) I wish I had a different one to cycle in and out. Really, I wish I could build my own workouts and follow them without only giving half an effort. There's lots of written workouts out there but I can't seem to wrap my head around how I would follow along during the workout. We'll see. Maybe at some point I'll be able to shake things up.

Monday is for Pilates

Did Pilates today...which is a good workout and so much more my level today with pms. Cramps and heavy bleeding make Pilates the best choice today. And getting up at 5:30 and doing Pilates is better than sleeping....which is so what I wanted to do!
