I want to work out 3 days in a row....decided to get the hardest one done first. We'll see if that was smart or stupid:) I'd like one of those workouts to be a long walk. We'll see if we can make it happen:) def still struggle with being out of breath and not feelin strong but we keep going. Adjusted one exercise on this that I hate and allowed some extra time for my heart rate to come back down at some points.
